ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Often the concept of Organizational Development and Culture Transformation are blended.  This can be true in cases when a broken culture must be transitioned in order to move forward with organizational development.  By itself, organizational development is focused on how the team members/manager/owners of an organization learn, teach and grow.

When we accept an organizational development project, we are looking at individuals, process, culture and the acceptance prerequisites in the organization for learning, growing and change acceptance.  We are looking or developing the tools necessary for everyone to grow and learn in the organization.  Is there a process for goal setting, improvement steps, process evaluation, performance measurement and team member reward/motivation.  It is common for an organization to have a satisfactory culture, but no real plan for organizational development – therefore it feels stagnant and lacks an internal enthusiasm.

A successful organizational development program requires a vision, plan, goals, objectives, methods of learning, performance measurement and a culture that fosters a desired for continual growth and personal worth elevation.  We can assist organizations in the creation of this atmosphere if personal and professional growth is their objective.
